The above floor plan shows the 375 square foot addition to the rear of this property. After design development, an asymmetrical shape was chosen to conform with the existing topography, creating 2 central spaces (a dining and a living area). Along with the screened porch, significant landscaping and a large patio space with retaining wall was designed to further open up the living space outside.
